The high-efficiency insulation coating robot can realize live insulation coating on 10kv/35kv/66kv bare wires. The robot and UAV work together to automatically go online. The operation of the coating robot is intelligent and simple, without the need for cooperation of the insulating aerial device and aerial workers. It is applicable to a variety of terrain, especially in the environment where insulating aerial device cannot pass. Autonomous on-line is less restricted by the terrain and the double tank coating operation is highly efficient.

Brief Introduction
1. Ultra-light: RH-TF01 M2
The coating robot can carry out live working for insulation transformation of overhead bare conductors of 10kV/35kV power grid distribution lines.
2. Double barrels, high working efficiency, high speed, high quality coating, even thickness without eccentricity.
3. Without the help of insulating aerial device, the coating robot uses the ground ejection gun(or throwing drone) to throw the traction rope over the line ,then the hook will be hung on the wire and realize “automatic on-line” with one button.
4. The diameter of the wire is measured automatically when the robot touches the wire.
5. Push one button to start “automatic coating”,the insulating glue evenly coated on the surface of the bare wire,and the robot automatically stops when it reaches the end of the line to complete the offline process.
6. The robot will stop automatically when it lands on the ground,and the hook falls off automatically when the sling is slack.
7. The robot can operate without power failure. After the insulating adhesive is cured, the insulation transformation of bare wires is completed.
8. Adopt multi-sensor fusion technology to realize intelligent operation of equipment. Adopt MIMO wireless communication which can simultaneously transmit multi-channel video signals,control instructions and equipment status parameters to monitor machine status in real time.
