Customers from Hebei Province visited our company to discuss the insulation coating robot and reached cooperation.
On May 9th, a group of customers from Hebei Province arrived Wuhan Ronghui Diantong Technology to visit our newly developed RH-TF01M2 electrified insulation coating robot. The robot is mainly used for live work of insulation transformation of overhead bare conductors in 10KV/35KV distribution network. The robot adopts a number of patented technologies, applies a variety of new advanced materials and manufacturing processes, and can realize autonomous on-line and off-line without power failure, without the need for insulating aerial device.
Yang Zong introduced to the customer a medium-sized insulated coating robot with two barrels and higher coating efficiency. The whole machine is 27KG automatically, and has various functions such as wire diameter measurement, arc extinguishing device, obstacle sensing, blocking and stopping, lifting balance, multi-gear speed regulation, video 3 channels, voice prompt, etc. The customer also evaluated on the spot that these functions are indeed very applicable.

The next morning, our company demonstrated to the customers the ability of the insulation coating robot to automatically go up and down the line and carry out the coating operation. The whole insulation coating process was very smooth, with uniform coating thickness and no eccentricity.

The customer pointed out that the function of the robot is very practical and the operation is also very simple. That afternoon we reached cooperation on the project. The customer also put forward some valuable opinions according to the construction site situation, which is also the driving force for our continuous independent innovation and science and technology research and development.
On the afternoon of May 16th, RH-TF01M2 insulation coating robot has been packaged and sent to Hebei customer site.
